Circle Transport Corporation
Is currently one of the biggest tourist transport companies in the business today. It started operations in April 29, 1983 primarily to own, operate and maintain for hire a transportation service in the Philippines for transporting domestic passengers and foreign tourists. Its principal office was located at Horseshoe Village, Quezon City but was transferred in 1985 to a bigger office and garage at No. 60 Aurora Blvd., corner G. Reyes St., San Juan. At present, it also maintains two garages for buses at No. 3 Doña Hemady corner N. Domingo Sts., Quezon City and at De la Paz St., Mandaluyong City.
From a fleet of five coasters in 1983, Circle Transport Corporation now boasts of 50 class A tourist buses, 10 coasters and several hi-aces and cars. These are being operated not only for tourism purposes but also for local tours in Luzon. After twenty five years of existence, Circle Transport has served and done business with all the big travel agencies, tour operators, schools, government agencies, embassies, and multinational companies in the country. It has also handled big conventions and conferences Circle Transport Corporation’s present thrust is to support the Department of Tourism’s efforts to promote the Philippines as an ideal tourist destination as well as to encourage domestic travel.
To this end, it aims to provide the best possible transportation service. The company is continuously expanding and upgrading its fleet to better service both the tourism and domestic sectors and to enable the company to cooperate in the DOT’s efforts to position the Philippines on a more competitive level with other tourist destinations.
